Cheesy Broccoli Soup

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 TBLSP butter
1- 10 ounce frozen, chopped broccoli; cooked, drained, no salt added
1- 10 3/4 ounce can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 & 1/4 cups milk
3/4 pound American cheese or Velveta

In large pot; saute onion and green pepper in butter, add remaining ingredients and cook on low until cheese melts. Heat thoroughly. Serves 4

Broccoi's the only vege I like ... but I only eat it plain. Lol I'm very picky.

yumm yumm yummy i love broccoli and cheese soup, but i think i would have to do without the green peppers and maybe add some cut up potatoes. yum yum smile- angel
